Our favorite pieces are:

  1. First piece, by cyrsed, with the tarot theme: we love him as the Magician, we love our spouse for drawing him, and we love the self-indulgent sloppiness he has combined with his confidence
  2. Second piece, by Lovewormz: it's by far our favorite depiction of Astral's alien form, and one that we go back to while we work on designing the alien species some more. He's got such groovy energy, but the monster... the monster is amazing.
  3. Third piece, by Kikuwaters: we have pieces by Kikuwaters for all four OCs because their style is so unique and we love the collage instead of a simple illustration. They totally incorporated all of our ideas and made some beautiful and special art.
  4. Fifth piece, by Groovy Ocelot: the very first piece of Astral we ever commissioned. He's such a little scamp with his big hands and feet, but they perfectly captured the wizard vibes we wanted.
  5. Eighth piece, by Frilly: we saw the listing for this kind of commission (animated duo icons) and waited for weeks before we acquired the funds to get it. We love the way that Astral and Teresa are looking at each other with such love with their buggy parts.
